Cancelation Policy
We are happy to assist you and manage all your exchange requests!
- Our policy is valid for a period of 3 days from the date of receiving the product, and only applies if the product is new and in a condition that allows it to be resold, and the consumable components and accessories are still sealed with the presence of the packaging and all packaging materials. Based on this, the product is replaced within 3 days.
- Products purchased through the website can be exchanged by hand pickup or delivered directly.
- If you have received a defective product (such as if it was delivered to you and contains damaged or missing parts, or has any obvious damage), it can be replaced, or you can get the full amount paid upon approval.
Please remember:
- The product (s) must be in its original packaging and not unopened, with the original product order confirmation, delivery notice, accessories, and free gifts.
- If the customer loses his bill within the fourteen days, he can request a copy from our after-sales service team or call us at, and a copy of the invoice will be e-mailed to him.
